I caught this interesting phrase on the golden tomato juice carton i was drinking from today - "Golden Tomatoes contain Lutein - a natural antioxidant found in very few other foods. Scientists are currently investigating the special role Lutein play in the benefits of tomatoes." Doesn't this sound like they're investigating how Lutein is important to tomatoes instead of humans? Or maybe it's just my misinterpretation?
And then I saw something funny on a house-moving company's vehicle, "House Removal".
What weird phrasings.
I was discussing with my teacher on how ironic lyfe was, esp. about some of my friends. The most unexpected person to smoke, smoked. The one who looked like a chiongster did not chiong. One of the more quiet one ended up with a girlfriend first. And so on and so forth..
The most interesting read of yesterday. Sharon Au mentioned in Her World (yes yes I flipped thru my sister's copy, not that I bought it), "You need to suffer to truly understand the essence of comedy. Look at Gurmit Singh or Billy Crystal; they're funny not because their lives were easy and happy. Humour is an avenue to release their frustration in a positive way."
I couldn't agree more on what she said.
