Wednesdays With Dr. Clare

There was a lot of stuff I wanted to do during my 12 - 5 pm break today. But I couldn't finish and went into concussion mode at 2 plus instead.

It's a big mistake to leave your music on when you want a good nap. Only do that when you have time for music therapy (I do that once in a while, you get this rather charged up but still sleepy feeling..indescribable feeling).

The session with Dr. Clare today was good. I shall call it Wednesdays with Dr. Clare now. Difference between this and Tuesdays with Morrie are that -

1) Dr. Clare is not really my friend yet - She's naggy and sometimes fierce.
2) She is still alive and kicking.

and many many more..

But then, she teaches me about lyfe. That it is a choice. Everything is a choice. Here's something to share -

1) Some people who are just a pain in the ass, let them be, coz' it's their choice, we can't control them.

2) When you are unhappy, ask yourself how long do you want to be unhappy? What do you see yourself as in the year ahead? If you remain like now, will you be able to reach where you want to go? What should you do instead now?..

3) You can control your actions and your thinking, but not your feelings. Therefore, combined with Shifu's "Motion can create emotion" theory, this means that ultimately we may be able to control our emotions too!

Grasp the above well and you will soon be on the way to happiness! Ok no 30-day money back guarantee.

On another different note. I just got news that I may have to take IPPT. To think I thought I could siam for 4 years. But then the letter sent to me and the webbie info kinda conflicts so...maybe I'll take after all. Must aim for the monetary incentive, which means training for at least 3 months! But that beats doing a part-time job. The money could come in handy for textbooks, notes, food, or maybe even for mating (as Aw crudely puts it) purposes in future?

Well, my dear running shoes, be prepared to kiss the roads of NTU more from now onwards.
