9 years ago, four passionate young boys with a strong sense of urgency enthusiastically trained hard and managed to hit a sub-6 minute target.
Times have changed.

Being busy has become a badge of honour. If you don't say you're busy, or don't pretend to be busy, then you're classified a failure in society and not contributing to the system.
Try "I haven't been managing my time well" for a change.
