It seems like only yesterday when I blogged about last year's handover.

And so here's my 9th batch of juniors. Gosh I'm old.

I repeat the same points to the group every year, with an emphasis on the need for servant leadership this time round. Quite a number of them don't understand that. Sheesh, one year to drill it into them.

Other updates.

Reservist was good. Finally saw beyond what I usually see only on paper. Quite fruitful after all I guess.

Two more weeks to the run. If I can do a good job then I guess Operation Changi V Nasi Lemak should be a good next level target.

It always happens. I have so many thoughts running in my head til I log onto blogger. Then 70% of them somehow just does not come out in text.

I need to work on learning to better express my thoughts.
