Motion Can Create Emotion

Yesterday's TKD training was darn fierce, really darn fierce.

I don't remember the last time I trained anything until I felt like puking the water I drank. (lucky I didn't..)

Seven sets of climbing Nanyang House steps was killer enough. And the whole session lasted til 10pm.

Really sucks to be training like this after two months of absence.

Only this morning then did I get word that grading was this Sunday!

The very thought of lagging by a belt to the rest eventually spurred me to get my ass into the Gi again, and boy, it always feels good! Also good to see no spare tyre quietly setting in place after the training. It sure did burn a heck lot of calories.

Training in TKD always leave a sense of fulfilment. And the pep talk by Shifu always helps in spurring everyone on. "Motion can create emotion", he always says. Really trained beyond my limits today.

I wonder whether my wobbly legs will be better tomorrow.
